The Sportsman Robot Team is dedicated to creating innovative combat-style robots with autonomous features. This team is a great fit for those who want to prioritize creativity to build the best lineup of bots for the Spring Showcase, where they will have the opportunity to show off their features as well as allow visitors to interact with the robot.

They are trying to develop a robotic environment for hands after having had a stroke. Participants will interact with up to two small robots and a visual display. The mission of Combat Robotics at Cornell is to inspire students both inside and outside of engineering to become interested in the field of robotics through a competitive collegiate robotics competition. Robotics at Cornell spans various subareas, including perception, control, learning, planning, and human-robot interaction. We work with a variety of robots such as aerial robots, home and office assistant robots, autonomous cars, humanoids, evolutionary robots, legged robots, snake robots and more.
